Weavy is primarily intended to be embedded in other applications. Authentication is handled by the host application and user identity and profile information is passed on to Weavy with JSON Web Tokens (JWT).
When Weavy is embedded in another application the primary authentication method is always SSO with JWT.
When developing with Weavy on a local machine or when deploying Weavy as standalone intranet, it is possible to enable several different authentication methods. You can even enable multiple authentication options simultaneously (except when using Windows Authentication).
